I have been involved in English Language schools since 2006, and in that time I have worked in every area of the industry. I started my career as a teacher in South Korea before completing my CELT in 2008. In 2010 I obtained an M.Phil in Applied Linguistics from Trinity College Dublin and moved into my first role as Director of Studies. Since then I have obtained a DELTA and have worked in the areas of teacher training, operations and quality assurance consultancy. I adore the multi-cultural nature of the industry and the satisfaction I get from seeing students achieve their learning goals.
I’m a keen runner and enjoy doing marathons each year. I’m as happy with a quiet night in as I am on a night out with friends, although as I get older it’s a lot more of the former!
