The Viva Residence
Located 3-minute walk from our school, the Viva Residence is situated in the heart of Dublin. Twin rooms with shared kitchen and living room offers the best location to explore the city.
Type of Accommodation
Twin Rooms some en-suite some share a bathroom. Limited possibility of booking a twin for single use. Minimum age 18. Self-Catering.

All rooms have a single bed per person as well as storage facilities for clothes.

A mix of shared, en-suite depending on room.
Kitchen / Meals
There is a shared kitchen with cupboards and fridges for storing food. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, toastes, kettles, microwave and utensils.
Facilities
Shared living room with sofas and smart TV. There is WiFi thoughout the building and a washer/dryer fer laundry.
Utilities / Internet
Wi-Fi, electricity, and water included.
Laundry / Cleaning
Bed linen is provided. Students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and washing their bed linen. Towels are not provided.

Saturday or Sunday ONLY

Check in from 3:00 pm, check out 10:00 am.
Travel Time
3 minutes walk to our school, located 210 metres away.
Security / Keys
There is an on-site Residence Manager and students are given a key to the building.
Notice / Cancellation
If you want to cancel your accommodation before arrival in Ireland, you must give notice in writing. We will refund all fees minus a €200 cancellation fee unless the accommodation fees for the notice period exceed that amount. If so you will be charged €200 plus the difference. Residential Accommodation = 4 weeks notice period
Security Deposit
All students are required to pay a security deposit of 200€ on the first day of their course. Please see our Enrolment Details for Terms and Conditions of said deposit.
